Refund policy

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to send it back to us, without giving a reason or paying a penalty (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code). If your order includes several products delivered separately, this period starts from receipt of the last product.

Conditions: the product must be unused, complete, not assembled or neatly taken apart, and returned in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that protects it. A deduction may be made if the product has been handled more than needed to find out its nature, features and whether it works properly (article L221-23).

How to do it

  1. Write to contact@wafmiou.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form below. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw is valid.
  2. We reply within 24 working hours with the return address and the steps to follow. The products do not come back to us: they go back to the workshop or warehouse of the brand that shipped them. Do not send any parcel without this address.
  3. Send the product back no later than 14 days after you told us of your decision.

Return costs

  • Faulty product, damaged on delivery or mistake on our side: the return is at our cost.
  • Change of mind: the return costs are paid by you. The cost depends on the size of the parcel; for a bed or a piece of furniture, it can be more than €30. Write to us before you send it: we will give you an estimate for your product.

Refund

We refund all the money you paid no later than 14 days after we were told of your decision to withdraw. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have given us proof that you sent it, whichever happens first. In practice, we refund as soon as the brand confirms it has received the return. The refund is made with the payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to you.

Faulty or non-conforming product

Apart from the right of withdrawal, all our products have the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Write to us at contact@wafmiou.com with your order number and photos: we will arrange repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you. Withdrawal form

To be filled in and sent to contact@wafmiou.com or to Wafmiou, 67 impasse de Mareins, 46160 Carayac, France, only if you wish to withdraw. This address is for writing to us, not for sending back the product.
