1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to the site wafmiou.com and its use. Purchases made on the site are governed by our Terms and conditions of sale. By browsing the site, you accept these terms.

2. Site publisher

The site is published by Eden Wisniewski, sole trader, trading as Wafmiou, 67 impasse de Mareins, 46160 Carayac, France, SIRET 891 716 953 00049, contact@wafmiou.com. It is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. See the legal notice.

3. Access to the site

The site is free to access for anyone with an internet connection; connection costs are paid by you. We try to keep the site available at all times. Access may nevertheless be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in case of breakdown, without giving any right to compensation.

4. Customer account

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details confidential; any action made from your account is deemed to be made by you. We may suspend an account in case of fraud or breach of these terms. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@wafmiou.com.

5. Product information

The descriptions, dimensions and photos of the products are based on the information supplied by the manufacturers. We check them with care, but slight differences in colour or presentation are possible. An obvious clerical error, in particular a clearly derisory price, does not bind Wafmiou: the order concerned may then be cancelled and refunded in full.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to try to disrupt its operation or to access its systems without permission, and not to collect its content or data by automated means.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, the Wafmiou brand and the layout of the site are the property of the publisher. The photos and brands of the products belong to their respective manufacturers and are used with their consent for resale. Any reproduction, even partial, without written permission is forbidden.

8. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites, for example those of the manufacturers. Wafmiou has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

Wafmiou cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a use of the site that does not comply with these terms, from an interruption of the service or from a virus that reasonable security measures could not detect. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantees that apply to the products you buy.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one online at the time of your visit; the date of the last update is at the bottom of the page.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, write to us first at contact@wafmiou.com. If you are a consumer, you can then use the consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions set out in the article "Complaints and mediation" of our Terms and conditions of sale. If no amicable agreement is reached, the competent courts are those set by law.
