Frequently asked questions
Does the Carré mattress come in several sizes?
No. Carré comes in one size only, XL: 130 × 85 × 18 cm. For a smaller dog, look at the Nino basket, from XS to L, or the Lodie sofa, in S and M. They have the same memory foam.
Is Carré suitable for an older dog?
Older dogs often change position. On 130 × 85 cm, they stretch out comfortably, and the viscoelastic foam springs back when they get up. Put the mattress in a quiet spot, away from draughts.
How do I care for the Carré mattress?
Take off the zip cover and machine wash it at 30 °C. The POSO corduroy is tested to 35,000 Martindale cycles for wear resistance. Between washes, vacuuming helps remove hair.
Which colours for the Carré mattress?
Carré comes in vanilla beige, cloud grey and olive green. All three are in POSO corduroy, 90% polyester, 10% nylon. The cloud grey goes well with a grey and white living room in Scandinavian style.
How do delivery and returns work?
Carré is made in Poland and shipped by Purré. Free delivery in France from €69, in 3 to 8 working days. In the rest of the EU: actual shipping cost, €5 minimum, 5 to 10 working days. You have 14 days to change your mind.
